The problem
Most Czech doctors say administration is overloading them. In palliative and home care every minute spent typing is a minute taken away from a patient at the end of their life.
My part
- Joined in May 2025 as UX & CX Designer, Product Lead since November 2025.
- Collecting feedback from doctors, straight from their daily practice.
- Testing the app with them to see how it really feels to use, and making it more pleasant with every release.
- Laying the foundation of a design system that keeps style, consistency and core patterns in check while the app is built with AI-assisted “vibe” coding.
- Deciding what to build next, balancing business goals with continuous feedback.
How we decide what to build
I'm building a prioritisation tool in Notion. Every source, whether it's a customer interview or a relevant article, gets broken down into insights. Insights are grouped into opportunities, and opportunities are scored against business goals, current priorities and what the competition is doing.
- Sourcesinterviews, feedback, articles
- Insightspulled from every source
- Opportunitiesinsights grouped together
- Scoregoals, priorities, competition
Results so far
- 40 %less time on admin, reported by doctors using it
- 1000sof medical reports generated every week
- 1stplace, Czech DIGI@MED Award 2026 (digitalisation & efficiency)
Used or piloted by Cesta domů, Nemocnice Havířov, AGEL Nový Jičín and Medica Třinec, across palliative and home care, general practice, oncology and paediatrics.
